UPREHS recently launched new member portals–providing you with better access to your benefits and health information. The new portals are also mobile-enabled, so you can review your claims, order prescription refills and much more from your desktop, tablet or smartphone.
Here are step-by-step instructions on activating your profile in the new portals.
To find the new portals, just visit uphealth.com or depotdrug.com and click on the login link, which can be found at the top of the homepage on each site.
You can register from either the member OR Depot Drug portal. You do not need to register in both. Once you have registered in one portal, you will use the same username and password for the other. In order to register, you’ll need your member ID number (found on the front of your member ID card), your last name and date of birth. Click on the Register Now button in either portal to get started.
After the system has found you, you’ll need to complete your registration by entering your phone number, a valid email address and choosing a password. Passwords must be a combination of letters, numbers and special characters (such as ! or %). PLEASE NOTE: If you and your spouse are members of our Medicare plan, you will each need a unique email address to register. You cannot use the same email address.
Once you’ve entered the required information, you’ll receive an email with an activation link. The link is good for 24 hours. Please make sure you click on the link we send you to activate your profile within 24 hours. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM OR JUNK folder for the email.
Once you click on the activation link, you’ll be able to log into the member or Depot Drug portal. The portals are now mobile-enabled so you can view your benefits or prescription information from any desktop, tablet or smartphone.
