Your Benefits

New Portal FAQ

October 28, 2019 — Tamara Castellano

We are thrilled about the release of our new member and Depot Drug portals. We hope you’ll agree that these member portals are more user-friendly and provide you with better access to information about your benefits. And it’s mobile-enabled to boot, so you can order prescription refills or check on the status of a claim whenever you want, wherever you are from your desktop, tablet, or smartphone.

Here are a few things you need to know about the new portals.

Visit the UPREHS or Depot Drug website to register for the new portals. From the UPREHS website (uphealth.com), click on the Member Login button to get to the new member portal. From the Depot Drug website (depotdrug.com), click on Login/Register. You do not need to register in both portals (keep reading for more information).  PLEASE NOTE: You will have to select a new password.  The password you had been using in our old portals will not work anymore.

Click on Member Login from uphealth.com
You can also register from depotdrug.com

You have to activate your profile by registering. As part of the new portals, we’ve upgraded our security to protect your information, so you will need to register to use the new portals. You’ll need your Member ID number (located on the front of your UPREHS member ID card) and a valid email address.

Register here for the new member portal
Or register in the new Depot Drug portal

You will be able to use the same username and password for UPREHS and Depot Drug. You only need to register in one of our new portals, and you’ll be able to use the same username and password for both. If you’re logged into one portal—for example, if you’re logged into the new member portal—you can visit the other portal without having to log in again. So if you’re looking at a claim in the member portal and you also need to order a refill, click order refill at the top of the menu bar, and you’ll get to the Depot Drug portal, where you’ll already be signed in.

You can jump between portals and remain logged in.

If you and your spouse are enrolled in our Medicare plan, you both have to register using a separate email. Each member who activates their profile in the new portals needs a unique email address. We validate the email in the registration process.

What can you do in the new portals?

We’ve added a lot of new features to the portals—and did we mention, they are mobile now? Here is a list of some of the things you can do.
